Gaylord's on Dowdeswell Street in Nassau offers a complete range of North Indian fares, including Punjabi and tandoori dishes, kormas, curries, and quite a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. If you're planning a trip to India, this is a good place to become initiated into the culinary traditions there. The restaurant is open daily from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., with an additional three hours from Monday to Friday, between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.

On Mackey Street in Nassau, you'll find the Double Dragon Restaurant, with Cantonese and Szechwan dishes at very fair prices. The seafood here is everyone favourite, especially the orange flavoured shrimp. The place is open between 12 p.m. and 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday, between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Saturday, and between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday.

The Europe is one of the few places in the Bahamas where you'll find delicious German cuisine, along with various other international dishes. Among the traditional German fares you can order here, we could mention the pepper steak cognac, bratwurst, sauerbraten, and Wiener schnitzel. The delicious classic German chocolate cake is a recommended dessert. You can eat here from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 11 p.m.

This restaurant on West Bay Street in Nassau serves savoury Italian dishes such as pasta with pesto sauce, chicken breast with a sage and wine sauce, as well as a broad selection of seafood. It is open from Monday to Saturday between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. and on Sundays between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. It is a good idea to make reservations before coming.
