Tips to stop being always tired!
Are you always feeling tired? Perhaps you wake up feeling tired, or you get the mid afternoon lethargy at work. If that’s you, then you certainly are not alone. Most people feel tired at some point during the day. Most people also have no idea why they are tired, they simply accept and it try to fight the tiredness rather than trying to find the cause of why they are always tired.
If you are overweight, chances are that you feel tired most of the time. Getting your weight down should be your first priority. You will notice dramatic increases in your energy levels once your weight reduces to a healthier level.
The food you eat plays a big part in determining whether you are always tired or full of life. Fatty, oily foods will cut your energy levels so fast that you will be drowsy before you know it. And don't even think that a sugary snack will wake you up - you will hit a low after that initial burst of energy has subsided. You end up worse off than before you ate the snack.
Needless to say, stay right away from everything that is unhealthy and fill up on fruit, vegetables, fish and other healthy foods. For snacks, try an apple instead of a chocolate, and a whole wheat cracker instead of an energy bar (which is full of sugar).
Drink plenty of water so you are not always tired. You will be amazed at the way water perks you up. Most people only drink when they are thirsty, but if you keep a bottle of water with you at all times, you will find yourself sipping from it regularly.
If you are always tired and have ruled out any serious medical condition with your doctor (such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), then taking some simple measures to improve your overall health will no doubt put aside your tiredness and you will feel like a new person.
